Lauren has been in the Customer Service industry for 11 years and in Real Estate for 5 years. She started out her Real Estate journey as an Administrative Assistant for a Transaction Coordination company learning the fundamentals of the contracts and running a Real Estate Transaction from start to finish. During this time she assisted in over 1,000 real estate transactions, honing her skills in everything necessary to run a successful real estate transaction behind the scenes.

Previously, Lauren served as the Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams Realty Elk Grove back in 2017 where she ran the billing for the office and the agents as well as managed a staff of 4. She also worked as the Agent Services Coordinator for the same office putting together systems to create an amazing experience for our incoming and existing agents. she 

She currently is Realtor extraordinaire for the Patrick Woods Group as well as Director of Sales and Operations for the team ensuring our clients have an excellent experience. Lauren loves to create a “WOW” experience for each client she works with. She is a multi-tasking wizard and can shine with whatever is thrown her way. Lauren’s customer service experience and genuine care for her clients is what makes her stand out in the Real Estate World.
